How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at contact@synergy-sciences.com immediately.We will do our best to update it before the order ships. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

If your package is delayed or lost, please first contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number.If the carrier is unable to assist you, reach out to us at contact@synergy-sciences.com and we will help where possible. Synergy Sciences is not responsible for packages after they are handed over to the carrier.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up, we can reship it once you confirm your address and pay for the reshipping fee.

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package. Send an email to contact@synergy-sciences.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
